From the Press

"In the two Vocal-Instrumental challenging pieces It was clear the the New Israeli Vocal Ensemble can replace any first rate choir from abroad".
Hagai Hitron "Ha'aretz" 14/10/07

The true hero of the concert was the choir.  The New Israeli Vocal Ensemble is probably the best of its kind in Israel, and this evening their beautiful voices glittered with superb balance and energy. If I had to single out one moment, it would be the ensemble's wonderfully carved reading of the moving "Et Misericordia" from Vivaldi's Magnificat.
Omer Shomroni  "Jerusalem Post" 14/10/07

"An Ensemble of professionals of the first rank".
Isaac shur, Davar

"The New Vocal Ensemble is the one and only serious vocal group in the country. Very beautiful singing”.

“An open sound, a joy of singing. A beautiful vocal ensemble is born”.
Hanoch Ron, Yediot Achronot

“The New Vocal Ensemble, both as an ensemble and as soloists, is of the highest standard”.

“The singing of the Vocal Ensemble and its soloists will be remembered as the most moving and exiting performance of the Israel Festival these many years”
Noam Ben-Ze’ev, Ha’aretz

“One of the pleasing surprise of the competition was the great performance of The Israeli Vocal Ensemble which was without rivals in its field, both in secular and in liturgical music. Yesterday in the theater, with their masks and fans, they charmed the audience, in a wonderful interpretation of Jannequin’s “Songs of the Birds.Their placing is a great success”.
El Derio del Vasco, San Sebastian, Spain
